Pickup & Returns
South Coast Cup merch is currently set up as an event-pickup flow. Use this page for the latest collection, exchange, and order-help guidance.
Pickup details
Current South Coast Cup merch orders are intended for collection on event weekend unless a separate arrangement is clearly confirmed in writing.
Please collect under the order name used at checkout and keep your order details handy when you arrive at the event site.
If someone else needs to collect on your behalf, contact the organisers before event day so the pickup notes can be updated.
Returns and exchanges
If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the order confirmed, contact the team as soon as possible so we can help with a replacement, exchange, or suitable fix.
Size swaps and change-of-mind exchanges are subject to remaining event stock and cannot be guaranteed once specific sizes or colourways have sold out.
Once an order has been collected and worn or used, returns may be limited unless the item has a fault.

Order early
Event merch runs are limited. Ordering early gives the best chance of securing the preferred size and style before the comp weekend.
