Why stay here for the comp weekend?

BIG4 Easts Beach works for clubs because it keeps vans, families, and support crews together for the full weekend. Teams can settle in on Friday, head north to Jones Beach on Saturday morning, then reset back in Kiama after the presentations.

You are close to food, coffee, surf shops, and the main Kiama coastline without giving up practical things like parking, camp kitchens, and cabin options for mixed group sizes.

Local logistics

Jones Beach is in Kiama Downs, while the holiday park sits just south of central Kiama. That makes the event-weekend rhythm simple: Friday arrival and check-in at the park, an early Saturday drive up to the contest site, then an easy run back through town for presentations at Kiama Golf Club.

If your club is bringing families, judges, or extra support crew, this area also gives non-competitors plenty to do between heats, from the coastline and coffee stops to the Kiama township and nearby beaches.
